Help us produce content and exhibit companies with solutions for climate action and their open jobs.

Our mission is to create awareness of climate action & sustainability-focused companies, organisations and jobs - ultimately transforming into a hub for people to explore such work and for companies to find talent passionated about climate action and sustainability to join their mission.

We need help getting there, and therefore need:

• Designer: Words are unnecessary, just look around and you’ll know we need a designer to make the earthforce site pleasant to the eye, with an interest to continue working with us as we further develop the site and the web application.
• Developer: We are looking for people passionate about climate action that are also great developers and wants to use their skills for the good of the planet by helping us developing our site. We are open to any skillset.
• Climate expert: we are looking for individuals experienced and knowledgable about climate change and nature to further align the scientific understanding to professional work in climate action. A couple of specific areas we need support in:
  - Content creation, helping us produce and share knowledge about climate and working with action professionally
  - Advisors that can bring expertise to our computer science team developing the earth score service
  - Someone interested in taking earthforce to the next level and lead the work of becoming the legitimate trusted advisor for people wanting to work with climate action and sustainability, accurately assessing companies with such opportunities according to climate science and leaving out any greenwashing
• Social media manager: we need someone that is excited to build our social media presence from the ground up.
• Content creators: A great writer that is also passionate about tackling climate change that can help us with writing content.
